Tomorows workout
Well today worked out pretty well with the messed up foot and all. We ended up doing something a little different but none the less not bad:
10 minutes of dynamic stretching.
- Set 1
- 12 Up-down with weights
- 50 bicycle crunches
- 12 pushups and row with weights
- Set 2
- 12 exploding squat with shoulder press
- 25 V-ups
- 60 seconds weighted punching combinations
- Set 3
- 10 two kettlebell swings
- 10 (Each arm) single arm kettlebell swings
- 10 (Each arm) alternating kettlebell swings
- 20 Leg raises on bench
- 20 x 3 Supermans
We repeated each set 3 times. Overall it took us just shy of an hour to do everything.
