Tomorows workout

Well today worked out pretty well with the messed up foot and all. We ended up doing something a little different but none the less not bad:

10 minutes of dynamic stretching.
  • Set 1

    • 12 Up-down with weights
    • 50 bicycle crunches
    • 12 pushups and row with weights

  • Set 2

    • 12 exploding squat with shoulder press
    • 25 V-ups
    • 60 seconds weighted punching combinations

  • Set 3

    • 10 two kettlebell swings
    • 10 (Each arm) single arm kettlebell swings
    • 10 (Each arm) alternating kettlebell swings
    • 20 Leg raises on bench
    • 20 x 3 Supermans

Cool down with 10 minutes of stretching 

We repeated each set 3 times. Overall it took us just shy of an hour to do everything.

New logging tool

I have to say I like it. Nothing like instant feedback on how you are doing. The cool thing about this is our trainer has access to it as well and can see how we are doing.

10 ways to look slimmer now

Today I went to a weight watchers meeting and they had a great
discussion about ten ways to look slimmer now.

1. Perfect your posture.
Sit up tall in the car and adjust the mirror. If you need to adjust
the mirror than you are not sitting up streight.

2. Accentuate your positive features

3. Minimize figure and physique chalanges.
Wear what is apropriate.

4. Make accesories work for you.

5. Lengthen your silhoette.

6. Wear trends that flatter.

7. Choose clothes that fit.

8. Wear colours that flatter.

9. Follow good health guidelines for water.
Sounds obviose as all hell. Yet I never remember to drink enough
water. I think I need to find a way to work around this.

10. Pose like a celebrity.
