How to configure a disclaimer in Exchange

I know. Not normally the kind of thing I post here but I have been getting a lot of questions about it and I thought this would make a great place to put it so I could find it easily.

Anyway to cut to the chase this is fairly easy to do and there is some great documentation available for Exchange Server 2007 and Exchange 2003.
